1. How do I take my measurements for my custom wig?

To ensure the best fit, please refer to our Wig Sizing Guide for detailed instructions on measuring your head.

2. I placed my order—when will it arrive?

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, while colored hair orders require up to 4 business days for processing. Once shipped, domestic delivery takes 2-7 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

3. What if I want a wig/bundles and book an appointment?

We offer hair-included deals for your convenience! You can explore these options and book your appointment through our booking site.

4. What does 200% density mean?

A 200% density wig contains three full bundles and a lace piece, making it fuller and thicker. In comparison, a 180% density wig typically includes 1.5 to 2 bundles with a lace piece, providing a natural yet voluminous look.

5. What textures do you offer?

We currently offer the following hair textures:

• Water Wave

6. Can I do pickup?

Yes! Pickup is available for on-hand items. However, you must contact us first to confirm availability before making a purchase.

7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, so please make sure to select the correct wig size and texture before purchasing.

8. Do you offer custom color services?

Yes! Custom coloring is available for the colors you see on the site, but please allow up to 4 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

9. How long will my wig last?

With proper care, our wigs can last 2+ years. We recommend following our Wig Care Guide to maintain quality and longevity.

10. How do I maintain my wig?

• Wash with sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner (silicon mix for best results)

• Air dry or use low heat when styling

•Store on a wig stand or mannequin to maintain shape

• Avoid excessive product buildup to keep the lace clean
